At Somlo London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Somlo London tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
